Augusta Storm Damaged House

This vacant house in Augusta took on water from a driving rainstorm that soaked the engineered wood flooring, carpeting, trim, and walls for several days. A SERVPRO project manager scoped the structure and set up a plan of action that was presented to the absentee landlord. After approval, our team immediately got to work to mitigate the storm damage. Demolition of the ruined building materials led to the Photo showing our advanced equipment hard at work. Our Green Fleet is stocked with air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, air movers, and axial fans to remove the residual moisture from the treated area of this house. We monitor the elements until the drying goals are achieved, ensuring that the structure is ready for a rebuild.
