Augusta Commercial Water and Mold Damage Remediation

This Augusta property needed both commercial water damage assistance and mold remediation from SERVPRO. The Before Photo shows the plastic-covered furnishings to protect them from further water damage. Some of the ceiling required removal as controlled demolition for drying. The technicians extracted the water and dried the property using air movers and dehumidifiers.  As shown in the After Photo, because the drying of the industrial carpet occurred in the center of the room, technicians were able to move the furnishings around the edges of the room so they did not need to disrupt the premises too much during mitigation. Treatment for mold occurs with the application of antimicrobial cleaners as needed.
