Augusta Basement and Flood Recovery
The Before Photo shows a section of the finished area of this basement in Augusta. The water has already been extracted, and the floors have been sanitized. The furnishings are now back in the general area for resetting them in their original configurations. Another section of the basement, the unfinished portion, is where the brunt of the flooding took place. Here, our ASD applied structural drying techs have carefully, and slowly restored a standard moisture level. Some grout lines and hollow cells of the cinder blocks were drilled--"weep holes," to allow for drainage and air circulation. Our team can employ many advanced pieces of equipment to partner with our skills and experience to eventually make this basement dry, and safe for the residents.
